Senior Business Development Manager EU (m/w/d/x)
Description
A senior business development role within T-Systems' Public Division, focused on developing public-sector business in the European Union environment. The role owns complex, strategically significant customer engagements and provides holistic support for public tenders and offer processes, from strategic planning through coordination with partner companies and consortia. It involves building resilient customer and partner networks, particularly in Brussels and at relevant EU institutions, and cooperating closely with sales, project and service management. Several years of experience with EU institutions and complex public-sector IT and digitisation projects are required.
Requirements
- Several years of experience cooperating with European Union institutions and the European Commission, with a reliable network in this environment
- Profound experience with complex IT and digitisation projects in the public sector and excellent knowledge of modern technologies and current IT trends
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and moderation skills, including at top-management level
- Excellent German and English skills
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, an independent and proactive way of working, and a high willingness to travel
