Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in agency partnerships, sales strategy, management consulting, or product management
- Proven track record of growing revenues through agency or partner ecosystems
- Strategic skills to translate business challenges into opportunities and build short- and long-term plans
- Experience leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite to technical functions, in fast-growing and ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to conduct data-driven business reviews and derive actionable insights from complex data sets
- Demonstrated project management discipline: goal setting, action planning, risk management, and progress reporting at scale
- Deep understanding of agency business models, the digital advertising competitive landscape, and Meta's product value to marketers
- Fluent in German and English
