As a Senior Solutions Architect on the AWS Germany Public Sector team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare, and non-profit organizations, helping them implement innovative cloud solutions. You will own the technical relationship with customers, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. You will also create and share best practices, technical content, and reference architectures, and evangelize AWS technology through workshops, presentations, and conferences. This role requires deep technical expertise, consultative skills, and a passion for helping public sector customers achieve their missions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
  • Proficient German language skills both written and verbal (minimum C1 level)
  • 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
  • 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
  • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
