Description

lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform that provides simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. As part of the dwpbank Group, they aim to make investing more accessible by combining dwpbank's stability with lemon.markets' technology-first mindset. The role involves leading a critical cross-company strategic program between lemon.markets and dwpbank, acting as the central coordination point. You will align stakeholders across both organizations, drive the program across commercial, product, and governance workstreams, and ensure dependencies are surfaced early. The position requires strong program management experience in a complex financial-services environment and fluency in German and English.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in program management, strategic project leadership, or change delivery in a complex financial-services environment.
  • Experience in securities services, custody, brokerage, wealth management, asset management, or adjacent financial infrastructure environments.
  • Understanding of how to navigate regulated environments and cross-functional dependencies across multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to absorb complex context quickly, structure ambiguity, and turn it into practical action.
  • Not just a status-tracker: bring judgment, anticipate what matters, and actively steer topics before they become problems.
  • Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, strong execution discipline, and a clear drive to make progress.
  • Patient, thoughtful communicator who can build trust, create alignment, and move topics forward across organizational boundaries and seniority levels.
  • Know how to facilitate communication across diverse stakeholder groups, ensure the right context is shared with the right people, and help teams stay aligned even in complex or sensitive situations.
  • Strong commercial instincts and understanding of how product, execution, and business development interact in strategic initiatives.
  • Fluent in German and English.
