The Senior Product Manager for Core Platform will own the strategy and roadmap for the platform's scalability, reliability, and security, ensuring it supports the company's next stage of growth. This role involves leading product discovery, driving major releases, and aligning cross-functional teams to treat internal product teams as customers of the platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product, with at least 2-3 years on platform, infrastructure, developer-facing, or backend/API products
  • Technical depth: credible with senior engineers, able to reason about distributed systems, execution models, and reliability/scalability trade-offs
  • Track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives with real delivery risk, ideally including a migration or breaking change
  • Ability to prioritize under ambiguity and connect foundational or technical-debt work to customer and commercial outcomes
  • Ownership and autonomy: grab problems without being asked and drive outcomes
  • Exceptional communication: make complex platform topics understandable for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understanding of enterprise platform reality, including self-hosted, air-gapped, and restricted deployments
