Description

Extreme Networks is a global leader in cloud-driven networking solutions, trusted by over 50,000 customers worldwide. The company is experiencing double-digit growth and has hubs across Europe, North America, South America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. As a Virtual Account Executive, you will focus on acquiring and developing business within assigned territories and verticals, seeking new logo prospects and expanding existing accounts. The role involves spending 70% of time on active selling and 30% on supporting tasks such as network quotes and partner agreements. You will be part of a dynamic sales team and contribute to the company's continued success.

Requirements

  • Strong German language skills
  • Acquire new logo business, build strong pipeline
  • Actively seek out and develop new customers and opportunities
  • Proactively contact existing clients to maximize business potential (upsell/cross-sell)
  • Engage with new leads provided by Operations Team, maximize MQL conversion
  • Generate new sales leads and opportunities
  • Acquire and develop own customer portfolio with direct touch with end users
  • Provide consistent interaction with existing customers for upsell/cross-sell
  • Communicate information about new products, services, and operational changes to customers timely
  • Maintain and build account relationships
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences (travel required)
  • Manage day-to-day client meetings
  • Maintain all customer information and call reports accurately in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Manage jobs from quotation stage to booking in line with client expectations
  • Manage and follow-up on quotes
  • Liaise internally with operations team for quotations and service information
  • Report activities to the country manager
