Description

This is a strategic procurement role where you will own a portfolio of indirect categories (Facilities Management, MRO, and Utilities) across HelloFresh's European production sites. You will design and execute category strategies that deliver real P&L impact, acting as a trusted partner to Operations, Engineering, and Finance leadership. The role reports to the Director of Indirect Procurement. We are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better, and we value diverse experiences, so even if you don't tick all the boxes, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in indirect or operations procurement with genuine category depth
  • Multi-category experience in an operations or manufacturing environment (FM, MRO, Utilities, etc.)
  • Proven strategic sourcing skills: RFx design, complex negotiation, and contract structuring for technically complex purchases
  • Track record of influencing and building trust with senior, cross-functional stakeholders across European markets
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical mindset: spend data, cost modelling, benchmarking, and business case development
  • Able to travel to production sites across Europe if required
