Description

HelloFresh is hiring a Senior Product Designer for its Consumer UX organisation in Berlin, working across the group's direct-to-consumer brands and its Good Chop premium subscription. This is a full-ownership role designing end-to-end consumer experiences from discovery and personalisation to shopping and subscription management. The designer leads from concept to shipped product, partners with Product and Engineering on a cross-functional squad, and brings evidence-backed insight into roadmap decisions. It requires strong craft across UI, interaction, motion and UX writing, Figma mastery, and an AI-native way of working.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product design with a proven track record delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end
  • Experience with consumer-facing products and understanding of the full customer lifecycle
  • Strategic range: defining the problem before designing the solution and influencing roadmap priorities with evidence
  • Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with mastery of Figma
  • Understanding of front-end constraints to hold credible conversations with engineers
  • Research fluency: framing research questions, running lightweight studies and translating findings into design direction
  • Active, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g. Figma AI, Claude) in live project work
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
