Senior Accountant General Ledger
Description
Requirements
- Extensive practical professional experience in General Ledger accounting, ideally in a dynamic financial services, fintech, or fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Solid domain expertise in accounting under German GAAP (HGB) with a proven track record handling complex financial instruments (e.g., ABS structures or receivables sales).
- Degree in business/finance or qualification as a Certified Senior Accountant / Financial Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter IHK).
- In-depth experience applying and optimizing modern ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
- Highly analytical, structured, and numbers-driven working style.
- Strong team spirit and ability to articulate complex financial matters with precision.
- German proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Strong professional English proficiency.
