Description

Raisin is a leading fintech platform for savings and investment products, connecting consumers with banks across the EU, UK, and US. The AFC Operations team is responsible for transaction monitoring, KYC processes, and PEP/sanctions screening, ensuring compliance with AML regulations. This role involves managing name list screening alerts, handling the end-to-end SAR process, optimizing screening frameworks, and executing operational controls. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in anti-financial crime, strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and fluency in both English and German.

Requirements

  • University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Solid professional experience (2-4 years) in Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) within the financial services industry
  • Strong focus on KYC, customer due diligence, and Name List Screening
  • Hands-on experience with SAR filing processes
  • Good knowledge of national and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., German GwG, KWG, EU AML Directives) and global sanctions regimes (e.g., EU, OFAC, UN)
  • Proven experience in executing, documenting, and supporting the optimisation of KYC and screening processes
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Business-level fluency in English and exceptional German language skills
