Senior Manager AFC Advisory (f/m/d)
Description
Raisin is a leading FinTech platform for savings and investment products, connecting consumers with banks across the EU, UK, and US. The AFC Advisory team focuses on framework governance and regulatory development to prevent financial crime. This role involves leading projects, developing AML frameworks, and coordinating audits. The position requires deep regulatory expertise and full professional proficiency in German and English.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in AFC/AML advisory within a bank, an audit firm, or a specialized consulting environment.
- Deep understanding of relevant regulations, including GwG, BaFin AuA, AML-VO, EBA Guidelines, FATF recommendations, and KWG.
- Solid knowledge of KYC and customer identification processes, with proven experience in creating and maintaining risk analyses and customer risk ratings.
- Strong conceptual understanding of AFC systems and data logic, comfortable evaluating the intersection of AML-logic and IT architecture.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Full professional proficiency in both German and English is required for this role.
- A high level of integrity, a strong sense of ownership, and a consistent commitment to quality standards.
