Global Director of Revenue Enablement (Remote Europe or East Coast)
Description
n8n is hiring a Global Director of Revenue Enablement to build the company's global revenue enablement function from the ground up, working remotely from Europe or the US East Coast. The role owns the worldwide rollout of a single enterprise sales methodology such as MEDDICC, builds a global onboarding engine to compress ramp time, and develops frontline sales manager coaching. The director will lead and grow a small enablement team spanning sales, SDR, customer success, and partner enablement, reporting directly to senior commercial leadership with an explicit path to VP. Candidates need a track record of building enablement functions at high-growth, technical B2B SaaS companies through major go-to-market scaling.
Requirements
- Built enablement at a developer-tool, open-source, or technical B2B SaaS company as it scaled enterprise
- Grew an enablement function through a major GTM headcount wave and constant evolution of sales maturity, solving ramp at volume rather than maintaining steady state
- Ran a company-wide MEDDICC / Command of the Message-style methodology install end-to-end, with certification and reinforcement that stuck
- Built onboarding programs with measurable time-to-productivity compression
- Measures enablement outcomes in deal size, win rate, ramp time, and forecast accuracy
