Mechatronics Apprenticeship

This role is within Amazon's Operations department, placing you at the center of how products move from click to doorstep. You will help design, improve, and operate systems that connect people, products, and places on a large scale. You will take on responsibility early, work closely with teams to solve real-world challenges, and see the direct impact of your decisions on customers daily. The apprenticeship program combines theoretical and practical learning, with theoretical training at a partner workshop and vocational school, while practical skills are gained directly at the Amazon site. You will learn to install, monitor, maintain, and repair various systems, analyze and resolve faults, and gain knowledge in metalworking, electrical engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control technology.
