Description

Flink is a quick-commerce grocery delivery company founded in 2021 that carries more than 2,500 products in over 80 German cities and delivers them within minutes using electric bikes and recyclable packaging. As Assistant Warehouse Manager and Shift Leader in the Gütersloh hub you keep day-to-day operations running to defined processes and act as the right hand and deputy of the Hub Manager. You work hands-on in order fulfilment while watching delivery time windows, check and book incoming goods, run stock and freshness checks, and support inventory counts. You also enforce quality and food hygiene rules under HACCP, coordinate tasks within your shift, help onboard new colleagues and contribute to improving existing working processes.

Ability to keep a cool head and motivate the team every day
Comfortable delegating tasks while leading by example and working hands-on in daily operations
High personal standards and a solution-oriented way of working
Resilient and flexible, with no issue working regular late shifts and weekends
Good German and English skills and enjoyment of working with modern tech solutions
