Description

Raisin is a leading FinTech platform for savings and investment products, connecting consumers with banks across the EU, UK, and US. The CRM team drives customer communications across multiple channels, including email, mobile, and web. This role involves owning the CRM strategy for investment products, scaling cross-sell initiatives, and leading international expansion into new markets. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of investment products and excellent communication skills in English and German.

Requirements

  • Passion for and strong knowledge of investment products (pensions, ETFs, tax implications)
  • 3+ years of professional CRM experience
  • C2-level proficiency in English and German
  • Expert command of CRM channels (email/push/weblayer) including automation, segmentation, and KPI reporting
  • Natural drive for quality and collaborative mindset
  • Creative thinker comfortable with data analysis
  • Interest in AI and its application in CRM
