Marketing Automation Specialist (m/f/d) – Germany
Description
Hornetsecurity is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to strengthen its Marketing team in Hannover. The role focuses on email marketing and marketing automation: building campaigns, creating targeted audience segments, developing automated workflows, and using performance insights to continuously improve communications in HubSpot. The specialist will work closely with regional Marketing, Content, Design and Sales teams in an international environment, ensuring campaigns are thoroughly tested and that marketing data stays clean and reliable across HubSpot, Salesforce and the company website.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, email marketing, CRM marketing or a similar digital marketing role
- Practical experience working with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform
- Experience creating email campaigns, automated workflows, audience segments and customer journeys
- Good understanding of campaign performance and ability to use data to improve future campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to campaign testing and quality assurance
- Comfortable working with CRM data and collaborating with Marketing and Sales stakeholders
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email adjustments
- Strong communication skills and confidence working in an international, collaborative environment
