Amazon Prime Video is hiring a Business Operations Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support its Business Strategy team for Germany, Poland, and Central & Eastern Europe, based in Munich. Reporting to the Head of Business Strategy, you will drive reporting and planning mechanisms, analyze key business metrics, align with cross-functional stakeholders, support operational excellence, and own dedicated programs as a project manager. The role involves collaborating with content, commercial, and operational teams and peers across Europe to execute business strategies and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
  • Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions
  • Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
