Description

DeepL is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic sales growth across Germany, its largest and most strategic global market. The role covers cultivating relationships within key existing accounts while winning new top-tier enterprise clients, and guiding customers to adopt transformational AI solutions such as real-time voice-to-voice translation. The Account Executive will own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from qualification to close, working closely with SDR and Marketing teams to build pipeline and deliver tailored solutions. The role is based in Munich on a hybrid basis, with candidates also considered from Cologne, Hamburg, or Berlin, and requires fluency in German and English.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles within the DACH region; industry experience in Finance, High Tech, or Manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Experience both growing existing large enterprise accounts and introducing new technology to new logos
  • Strong ability to lead, orchestrate, and align internal cross-functional partners to solve big challenges
  • Comfort navigating dynamic, fast-scaling environments with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Fluency in German and English
