Description

REWE digital delivers IT projects for the whole REWE Group and digitalises the retail business for millions of customers. The Central Services function covers all commercial processes of REWE digital, including IT controlling and IT purchasing, and this working student role supports the IT purchasing and procurement team that sources software, hardware and services. You assist with the operational purchasing process from the initial request and approval workflow through ordering to delivery tracking, and you help create and send invoices. You also prepare data, statistics and documents, reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare control lists for financial close, and record incoming invoices in SAP including goods-movement checks and master-data maintenance. In addition you support the sourcers in day-to-day business, in running tenders and in preparing and following up meetings.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student of business administration or economics with an interest in IT purchasing
  • Good MS Office and SAP knowledge
  • Initiative, a reliable way of working and quick comprehension
  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a team
