Description

Raisin, a Berlin-based fintech savings and investment platform, is hiring a Bank Relationship and Analytics Manager for its Deposits department, supporting both the Bank Analytics and Relationship Management teams. The role involves analyzing European and US deposit and funding markets and customer behavior to deliver insights and strategic funding advice to partner banks, while building and growing day-to-day relationships with senior bank stakeholders. The manager will also contribute to key projects such as launching new savings products and supporting technical bank migrations, collaborating with marketing, distribution, and partner teams across markets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience (including relevant internships) in consulting, banking, or financial services
  • Excellent English communication skills, confident communicating clearly and professionally across teams
  • Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or a similar field
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Structured problem-solving skills and ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and strong willingness to be hands-on
