Description

Samsara, the IoT company behind the Connected Operations Cloud, is hiring a remote Enterprise Implementation Consultant in Germany to deploy its solutions for top customers after contract signature. You will own the customer relationship and project management, including project plans, RAID logs and governance meetings, and lead solution workshops, change management and training sessions. The role is cross-functional, working with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product, and requires travel to customer sites up to 30% of the time. Candidates need 4+ years in implementation consulting, project management or management consulting, experience with technical products and on-site stakeholder workshops, and German fluency.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a senior implementation consultant, project manager or management consultant
Strong project management skills with the ability to follow methodologies
2+ years of experience supporting or working with technical products
2+ years running on-site workshops with more than 10 stakeholders
Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
Proven ability to build trust and communicate with executives, senior product and engineering management and end users
Initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 30% of the time, including overnight stays
