Description

Delivery Hero's International Markets team shapes company strategy across its 70+ markets worldwide, supporting P&L and portfolio management and driving value-creation initiatives. Based at the Berlin HQ, this Senior Manager will work alongside the C-level and extended global management team to define strategy and ensure quality of execution globally and regionally. The role collaborates with stakeholders across the corporate HQ, regional teams and local markets to improve operational and financial performance, sources and distributes best practices across Delivery Hero's operations in 70+ countries, and translates data into insights and recommendations for key decision-makers.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of professional experience (excluding internships and traineeships) in management consulting, investment banking, and/or a business development/strategy function in a fast-paced tech company, with at least 2 years at a top-tier global management consulting firm
  • High degree of comfort modelling complex business and financial scenarios and leveraging data and situational judgment for recommendations and decisions
  • Excellent communication skills (business language is primarily English) with a track record of working with and influencing C-level executives
  • Ability to build collaborative and trusting relationships with stakeholders across all seniority levels from culturally and functionally diverse backgrounds
  • Ownership mentality and readiness to be hands-on to get things done
