Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Description
Samsara, the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud for IoT-driven physical operations, is hiring a remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager based in Germany. This person picks up where the Implementation team leaves off, working closely with top customers to understand their fleets and challenges, advising on customization, and becoming their long-term partner. The role composes joint success plans, orchestrates executive business reviews, and conducts workshops, and requires travel to customer sites in Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK for up to 20% of the time. Fluency in German is required, and relocation assistance is not provided.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
- Experience supporting or working with technical products
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of building trust with executives, engineering leadership, and day-to-day software users
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
- Fluency in German required
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK for up to 20% of the time, including overnight stays
