Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Description
Raisin, the Berlin-based fintech behind one of the world's leading savings and investment marketplaces, is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager for its PPC team. The role owns the planning, execution and scaling of paid customer acquisition across SEA, Display, App campaigns and Native Ads in all of Raisin's international markets and languages. You will drive conversion rates and brand awareness within agreed CPA and budget targets, use AI to automate and optimise campaign management, and test new channels to improve lead quality. You will also work with marketing leaders on media planning, asset development, measurement and reporting, and present campaign strategies, results and insights to stakeholders up to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven track record of delivering impactful performance marketing strategies, campaigns and optimisations
- Proven international experience
- Practical use of AI, specifically building gems or AI agents
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, App and Performance Max), Microsoft Advertising (Search, MSAN) and Apple Search Ads
- Good knowledge of social ad platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit, and native ad platforms such as Outbrain
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
- Strategic thinking, translating quantitative and qualitative data into marketing strategies
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation and its use in media planning, buying and campaign development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple projects
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player able to work autonomously and take ownership
