Description

GetYourGuide offers a voluntary internship in its Financial Planning and Analysis team in Berlin. The intern builds and maintains the dashboards behind critical business processes, turning raw datasets into the weekly and monthly reporting that leadership relies on. The role also involves analysing business and financial performance, running deep-dive analyses, and supporting budget, forecast and month-end activities. Additional work includes automating validation and reconciliation checks, owning the planning-cycle handover, and establishing centralized documentation repositories for FP&A processes and workflows. The internship requires a commitment of at least six months at 40 hours per week and follows a hybrid model with three office days.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
  • Enrolled Bachelor's students must have completed at least four semesters
  • Curious and analytical mindset with enjoyment of working with and synthesizing data
  • Default to AI-assisted ways of working and look for opportunities to automate manual tasks
  • Team player, quick to grasp new ideas, reliable and conscientious
  • Proficiency in standard business tools such as Google Suite and MS Office
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of six months at 40 hours per week
  • Fluent written and spoken English
