Head of Production Department (all genders)

HelloFresh is looking for a department head for its plant in Barleben near Magdeburg to make sure a production area runs smoothly and consistently meets its productivity, quality and safety targets. You would lead a team of 5 supervisors, each guiding roughly 20 to 25 shop-floor employees, and coach them towards reaching and exceeding all key performance indicators. The role carries full responsibility for the operational performance of the assigned area, including optimising resource use, staffing plans and work allocation. You would also drive process improvements that increase efficiency, productivity and cost savings, and work closely with team leads and interdisciplinary teams.
