Description
FINN is looking for a Compound Manager to take operational responsibility for its physical site network in northern Germany. The role makes sure vehicles pass smoothly through every compound process, from intake inspection through reconditioning and appraisal to dispatch. The manager is the central operational contact for FINN's compound partners, builds strong relationships and safeguards performance, reliability and quality across the network. Performance is steered through KPIs such as throughput times, vehicle availability and damage and repair cycle times, with weekly partner reviews and enforcement of SLAs. The job is on-site with roughly 40 percent travel and at least two days per week at the compound locations.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in operations, logistics, supply chain management, automotive or partner management in a dynamic environment.
- Strong numerical skills and experience working with operational KPIs to analyse performance deviations with data and address them across partners.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills plus negotiation skill in dealing with external service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent German at C2 level and very good English at C1 level for professional communication with partners.
