Description

Vodafone offers an internship of up to six months in Human Resources Business Consultancy with a focus on HR Services and Payroll at its Düsseldorf campus. The intern helps optimise and implement HR service processes for the company's target groups and contributes to larger projects. The role supports the payroll team with official forms and certificates, giving insight into payroll accounting, and takes part in process design and optimisation initiatives to make HR services more efficient and user-friendly. The intern also documents processes, prepares materials and supports the team with administrative and organisational tasks such as contract and document management.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in economics, business, (business) psychology, education science or a comparable field, preferably in a higher semester with good academic results.
  • Open and friendly manner with quick comprehension.
  • Good MS Office skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and the ability to drive projects independently.
  • Independent and structured way of working with strong organisational skills and enjoyment of working with diverse target groups.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Application documents including cover letter, CV, certificates, current enrolment certificate and transcript of records; for a mandatory internship also an extract from the study regulations.
