Description

justtrack, a Hamburg SaaS company in the applike group, builds an analytics and growth-marketing platform used by mobile gaming studios to decide where their marketing budget goes. This Senior Product Designer takes features end to end - from problem statement through research, flows and interface to shipped result - without handing off between layers. The role also owns the design system: components, variants, states, tokens, documentation and the governance decisions behind it. A large part of the work is data-dense design, including charts and screens where information hierarchy matters, plus shaping how the product's AI features present their output. AI tools are expected to be part of the day-to-day design process, and Figma is where the designs and design system live.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product design or a comparable end-to-end design role, ideally on a complex SaaS product
  • Degree in design, HCI or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Day-to-day fluency with AI tools and a clear view of where they help and where they do not
  • Strong end-to-end craft across research, flows, interaction and visual design
  • Experience building and maintaining a production design system, including documentation and governance
  • Expert in Figma
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end work: the problem, the decisions, the finished interface and its impact
  • Ability to work with product owners and engineers, articulate rationale and hold a position without stalling the work
