Description

n8n is an open workflow orchestration platform for AI-era automation, backed by investors including Sequoia and SAP at a $5.2bn valuation. This role builds and scales n8n's service partner ecosystem across the DACH region, recruiting consulting firms, boutique systems integrators and digital agencies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You own long-term partner relationships end to end: acquisition and qualification, onboarding and certification programmes, co-selling and joint business plans, and regional go-to-market campaigns and events. You also act as the internal voice of DACH partners, feeding regional insights back into n8n's global partner programme. The position is quota-adjacent, with partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in business development, partnerships, alliances or sales at fast-scaling SaaS or technology companies
  • At least 3 years working directly with services partners as a quota-carrying individual contributor
  • Fluent German and English, able to handle negotiations, executive relationships and enablement sessions in both
  • Strong understanding of the German, Austrian and Swiss technology and consulting ecosystem, with an established network or proven track record in the region
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding and scaling consulting, agency or systems integration partners
  • Ownership of partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets, moving partnerships to measurable commercial results
  • Proven ability to prioritise, execute and decide in fast-paced, ambiguous high-growth environments
  • Strong communicator able to build trust and influence senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows and the broader AI and automation landscape
  • Builder's mindset: hands-on, data-driven, comfortable creating programmes and processes from scratch
