Scout24 is expanding its hunting sales team in Berlin with a Strategic Sales Development Representative for OneSystem, the all-in-one solution from ImmoScout24. You own your own sales region with a focus on inside sales and approach real estate agents and relevant decision makers through cold calls, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels. You qualify interested agents based on their needs and potential and book qualified appointments. Qualified opportunities are handed over in a structured way to the wider sales team, working closely with colleagues to keep appointment quality high. You steer your activities using KPIs and continuously deepen your knowledge of OneSystem and connected partner products.
Requirements
- Experience in systematic new customer acquisition, especially cold calling, prospecting and lead qualification
- Strong communication skills that quickly spark interest with cold contacts and convince decision makers
- Performance orientation and comfort working with clear KPIs
- Structured way of working, prioritising accounts and leads and organising outbound activity independently
- Very good German, spoken and written
- Experience using AI tools effectively to increase productivity and problem solving
