Description

FINN, a German car subscription platform, is hiring a working student for payment and collection within its COO Office. The role ensures incoming payments are allocated on time and without errors in day-to-day operations and independently handles tickets covering complex payment questions from B2B customers. It also contributes to the conceptual and technical development of payment and receivables management processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Further duties include maintaining payment data in fintech and CRM systems, spotting discrepancies early, working with the finance, operations and B2B teams to clear open receivables, and supporting regular audits and analyses of payment rates and dunning processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken German at least at C1 level for professional communication with B2B customers
  • Strong analytical thinking and confidence with numbers plus a very structured, thorough and conscientious way of working
  • Ongoing studies in business administration, finance, accounting or a comparable field
  • Availability for at least 6 months and continuous support of the team for up to 20 hours per week
