Description

TWAICE, a battery analytics software scale-up, is looking for a working student to join its Finance team in Munich. The role takes real ownership of parts of Accounts Payable for the German and US entities, checking invoices under HGB and US-GAAP, assigning accounts and cost centres, and preparing payments for approval. It also supports monthly closing and financial reporting, coordinating with internal stakeholders and tax advisors, and owns the documentation of finance processes for auditors and colleagues. Working hours are flexible around exams, with at least 15 hours per week and one day per week at the central Munich HQ. The position can become a permanent role after graduation.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a comparable field
  • Hands-on mindset with ownership and reliable delivery
  • Comfortable working with financial data and spreadsheets
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong interest in practical accounting work and basic knowledge of accounting principles (HGB, US-GAAP)
  • Interest in tax, cost and budget reporting
  • Fluent English and German at B2 level
