Area Manager

Amazon is hiring an Area Manager for its operations site in Bochum to keep on-site processes running as smoothly as possible and meet customer demand. The role leads a shift team responsible for safety, efficiency and high operational quality, acting as a role model and mentor for new managers. It includes analysing shift performance against company standards and implementing measures that improve operational excellence. The Area Manager also owns process improvement and productivity projects across the network and aligns shift procedures with other managers. The position is full-time, on site and worked in shifts.
