Associate, Hero Support

Delivery Hero is hiring an Associate for its Hero Support team in Berlin on a 12-month contract within the People & Culture organization. The role is the first point of contact for employee queries, acting as a trusted advisor on policies and procedures, managing tickets through JIRA, and maintaining the internal People Portal knowledge base. It also covers transaction-based services such as contract creation, amendments, termination letters, and certificates, plus maintaining accurate employee data in Workday for payroll and other stakeholder teams. Candidates should be a recent graduate or have at least 6 months of People Operations/HR experience, with excellent English and a good understanding of German (B1+).
