Description

Flink, an online supermarket delivering groceries in minutes, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People team in Berlin. You will own and lead the end-to-end recruitment process for crucial business functions, sourcing talent, building relationships with talent pools, and using data and metrics to improve processes and develop recruiting strategies. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted hiring partner and continuously improve the candidate experience. You will also use the latest AI tooling to make your day-to-day work more efficient and streamline internal recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, either in-house or as an embedded/agency recruiter
  • Proven ability to attract and hire talent across different departments and channels while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience
  • Experience recruiting across multiple business units such as operations, finance, marketing, and technology
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve the recruitment process
  • Experience experimenting with AI to improve day-to-day work, with examples of what worked and what did not
  • High proficiency in recruiting platforms and tools
  • Fluency in English
