Description

Flink, an online quick-commerce grocery delivery company, is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Berlin office. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for crucial business functions, shape hiring strategy across a range of roles, and use data and analytics to guide hiring decisions. The role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, sets the standard for candidate experience, and leverages the latest AI tooling to streamline hiring. It is an internal, data-driven recruiting role within the People team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years as an internal recruiter within a tech startup or scaleup
  • Proven ability to attract and hire talent across different departments and channels while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to influence and shape hiring strategy across a department or whole business
  • Experience working with senior leadership stakeholders, with examples of persuading and navigating trade-offs
  • Comfortable using AI to improve recruitment processes and able to tell what works from what is hype
  • High proficiency in recruiting platforms and tools
  • Fluent in English
