Description

Celonis is hiring a Senior Management & Technology Consultant (internal title: Senior Value Engineer) in Munich, acting as a trusted advisor who helps customers realise significant value with the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You partner with the Celonis sales teams, translating customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects, building business cases and demos, and running value workshops with senior stakeholders. You own the end-to-end customer value journey across landing, expanding, adoption and renewal, and drive measurable business impact across processes and industries. The role blends deep process and industry expertise with consulting and strong analytical skills. Native-level German is required, since you lead customer workshops, executive presentations and stakeholder interactions in German.

Requirements

  • Experience in an analytical role demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement and software deployment
  • Good knowledge of business software and SaaS applications such as SAP
  • Experience implementing RPA or BI tools or building dashboards, apps and action flows
  • Knowledge of Python and/or SQL
  • Experience identifying business process improvement use cases and deploying improvement measures as a change agent
  • Experience planning and managing project scope, expectations and timelines across multiple parallel accounts
  • Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and management
  • Native-level or near-native written and spoken German for customer workshops and executive presentations
  • Degree in technology and management, industrial or business engineering, business informatics, computer science, mathematics, economics or comparable
