Business Development Representative, Turkish Speaking

GitLab is hiring a Turkish-speaking Business Development Representative to join its Sales Development team, in a fully remote role based in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany or the Netherlands. The BDR leads initial outreach to targeted accounts in the Turkey and Balkans territory, working alongside the Field and Digital Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams. You will run a multi-touch outbound cadence across call, email and social using Outreach, conduct high-level discovery conversations, and generate qualified meetings and pipeline as Sales Accepted Opportunities. All prospecting activity and pipeline is tracked in Salesforce, and you will document and improve BDR processes in the GitLab handbook while mentoring new hires. GitLab provides extensive onboarding and DevOps training, and the role offers a clear path towards an Account Executive position.
