Description

FlixTrain is looking for a Manager Customer Product Strategy in Berlin to own the end-to-end definition and development of the FlixTrain customer experience, from the first booking interaction to arrival at the destination. Reporting to the Director Customer Product & Ancillaries, the role forms the strategic foundation for all product and communication decisions in the team and is the central contact for customer-facing topics within FlixTrain. You will analyse customer segments and their needs, define FlixTrain's positioning and segment USPs together with the Brand team, and build target customer journeys and touchpoint experiences across digital and physical channels. A structured gap analysis between the target picture and the status quo feeds the identification and prioritisation of product and process solutions, developed together with Customer Product Managers and internal experts. You also help define the commercial offer, such as fare classes, bundles and ancillaries, and make sure committed scope, timeline and priorities are delivered.
