Description

REWE digital is looking for a working student to join the regional IT service in its Logistics, Supply Chain Management & Production domain in Cologne. After an initial training period you will support users independently and work through error tickets, and help deliver notebooks and other hardware including the associated inventory processing. You will be responsible for new installations of workstation devices including backup and restore, as well as for taking back and recycling old equipment. You will also gain insight into project management and support experienced colleagues on various projects. The role is part-time alongside your studies, with flexible hours and the option of mobile working.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student of business informatics, computer science or a comparable degree programme
  • High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Flexible, resilient and well organised
  • User-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 as well as Microsoft Office 365
  • Very good German language skills
  • Category B driving licence
