Description

Internship in Celonis Services in Munich, working alongside experienced Deployment Engineers to deliver customer solutions with AI deployment tools. You will join customer-facing sessions, gather and organize data, and learn to direct AI agents such as Apollo to build data models, process analyses, KPIs and dashboards from clear specifications. The role also includes exploratory data analysis, supporting solution design, validating AI-generated outputs and documenting configurations. It suits students in technology management, business informatics, computer science, engineering or economics with SQL/Python skills, fluent English and German, and at least five months of full-time availability.

Requirements

  • Student of Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or a comparable program with outstanding performance
  • Know-how in Business Intelligence, data analytics and a foundational understanding of enterprise business processes
  • Programming and database experience; knowledge of SQL, Python or related languages
  • Basic familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and eagerness to learn prompt/context engineering
  • Interest in working with customers and strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to show initiative, work independently and think outside the box
  • Fluent English and German
  • At least 5 months of full-time availability
