Description

Staff Product Designer in Delivery Hero's Logistics Customer design chapter, owning the order tracking experience used by millions of customers across brands such as Talabat, foodpanda, PedidosYa, Glovo and HungerStation. You will lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch, using research, user feedback and A/B test results to optimize the order tracking journey. The role includes contributing to the product roadmap, working with design systems, facilitating workshops and design sprints, and collaborating closely with researchers, product managers and engineers. It suits an experienced product designer with 5+ years designing complex app platforms who can also mentor others and champion design excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a product designer, skilled in designing complex platforms (app experience essential) and contributing to design systems
  • Strong visual design skills, user-centric mindset and strategic thinking, including workshop facilitation and design metrics analysis
  • Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player who motivates others
