Description

Senior individual-contributor Technical Program Manager for Cloudscape, the AWS design system used by 250+ teams to build the AWS Management Console. You will drive Cloudscape adoption programs end to end, implement governance mechanisms for design system usage and own the team's weekly and monthly business reporting and KPIs. You will act as the program management backbone for a team of 35+ designers and engineers, coordinating planning and operational rhythms. The role also involves using generative AI to automate adoption tracking, compliance monitoring and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field, or experience in a STEM field
  • Experience creating and implementing large-scale organizational programs
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
