Celonis is hiring a Senior / Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to support its Customer organizations as part of the global Talent Acquisition team. The role manages full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offers, for Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Services, PreSales and Value Engineering roles. You will act as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders, provide market and talent insights, and track recruitment metrics using the company's ATS and sourcing tools. Candidates need end-to-end recruitment experience hiring technical customer-facing roles for product, technology or IT services businesses.
Requirements
- Background recruiting technical customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of technology and industry trends
- End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to offer management
- In-house, agency or RPO recruitment experience hiring for product, technology or IT services businesses
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities
