
Junior Office Manager (m/f/d)
Description
Statista, the business data platform founded in Hamburg, is looking for a Junior Office Manager for its Hamburg office. The role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, runs the reception as the central point of contact for employees, visitors and external service providers, and manages suppliers, moves and space optimization. You will handle office supplies and procurement, access cards and equipment, organize employee events and feel-good initiatives, and support administrative processes such as invoice checking and purchase requisitions in SAP. First experience in office management, reception, hospitality or a similar role, confident MS Office skills, and very good German plus good English are required.
Requirements
- First professional experience in office management, reception, hotel industry, hospitality or a comparable role
- Enjoy dealing with people, with a professional and welcoming manner
- Organizational talent with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and set priorities
- Confident use of MS Office
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Motivated, hands-on attitude and desire to actively shape everyday office life
- Very good written and spoken German and good English
