Description

Babbel Labs, an AI-first company within the Babbel group in Berlin, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Learning Experience of its language-learning product. The role covers product vision, strategy and roadmap for how learners engage and build sustainable learning habits, measured by retention, engagement and learning outcomes. You will lead continuous discovery and experimentation, define success metrics and partner with engineering, design, data and learning content teams from discovery through launch. The position requires 5+ years of B2C product management experience and an AI-first way of working.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager building B2C digital products
  • Strong product judgment and comfort in ambiguous, fast-evolving problem spaces
  • A high bar for quality and a sharp focus on user outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-alignment skills, including partnering closely with engineering leadership
  • Proactive, flexible and curious, able to drive progress from insight to execution
  • An AI-first way of working, using AI agents throughout your PM practice for requirements, data analysis and prototyping
