Description

LAP Coffee, a fast-growing specialty coffee chain, is looking for a Team Lead in Munich to own the day-to-day success of one of its stores and work directly with the leadership team. You will lead and schedule the barista team, ensure excellent customer service and product quality, and step behind the counter during busy periods to drive sales and profitability. The role includes tracking daily KPIs and inventory, reducing waste, maintaining health and safety standards, and building relationships with the local community. At least 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail and fluency in English and German are required.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail (e.g. shift lead, head barista, junior manager, F&B manager)
  • Track record in team scaling, inventory and supply chain management
  • Entrepreneurial, solution-focused mindset and adaptability to fast-paced start-up environments
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Proven ability to spot growth opportunities, test ideas and execute within tight budgets
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Fluency in English and German
