Description

N26 is seeking a metrics-driven Data Analyst for its Data Analytics team embedded within Service and Platform Enablement. The role focuses on quantitatively evaluating operational transformations—analysing event logs, tracking workflow friction, benchmarking Agentic AI and hyperautomation workflows, and driving process-mining and CRM analytics. You will build and maintain automated BI dashboards, contribute to a self-serve data platform, and translate operational friction into structured analytical solutions for product, operations, and business teams. Strong SQL, exploratory data analysis in Python or R, enterprise CRM data experience, and BI visualization skills are required. The role calls for 3+ years in operations, product, or business-intelligence analytics, ideally in fintech.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Operations Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence, ideally alongside Product Managers in fintech or high-volume operational environments
  • Demonstrated track record modeling process efficiency metrics, failure demand, cost savings, or operational automation projects
  • Advanced SQL for querying and extracting insights from large, multi-table relational databases
  • Exploratory data analysis in Python or R (statistical analysis, data cleaning, hypothesis testing)
  • Hands-on experience extracting and analysing operational data from enterprise CRM systems
  • BI and data visualization skills with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing, observational methods, and operational metrics
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for cross-functional partners
