Executive Briefing & Solutions Strategy Lead (EBC)

Celonis is hiring a lead for its Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in Munich, which runs tailored, high-impact briefings that bring C-suite decision-makers together with Celonis leaders to move strategic deals forward. The role owns the creative vision for AI-native, multisensory briefings, showcases, speaker sessions and a living content catalog, working with sales leadership, product marketing and the executive team. You will craft executive narratives and agendas, steer external creative and technology agencies, align speakers and tie briefings to pipeline impact. Candidates need 6+ years of experience leading B2B projects in consulting, product marketing, executive communications or experience design, a track record with C-suite audiences and fluency with generative AI tools.
